Terms and Conditions – Admission Form
By submitting this admission form, applicants and their parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions set by the institution:
1. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all academic, age, and documentation requirements specified by the institution to qualify for admission.
2. Application Process
All applicants must complete the admission form accurately and provide all necessary supporting documents (for Pre O Level & O Level Admission please upload a copy of student's present institution ID card, for A level admission please upload a copy of the O Level results) while filling the admission form. Incomplete, inaccurate, or late submissions may result in the application being declined. Admission will only be confirmed upon the successful completion of all formalities and payment of applicable fees.
3. Fee Structure and Payments
All admission-related fees must be paid in accordance with the institution’s fee schedule. Fees paid at the time of admission are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.
4. Code of Conduct & Institutional Policies
Upon admission, students are expected to comply with the institution’s rules, regulations, academic requirements, and disciplinary policies. Failure to adhere to guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or cancellation of admission.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal information provided in the admission form will be kept confidential and used solely for academic, administrative, and communication purposes.
